Great service from Jamie in Lotus Sales, been made to feel very valued as a customer and nothing has been too much trouble for him. The car is lovely and I am sure I'll be back to buy another one from them!
Fantastic place and a pleasure to talk over the future Lotus purchase. Fully recommend and super service from Jamie in Lotus sales.
Outstanding! I had the pleasure of visiting the new site in Guilford and what a pleasant trip. I traveled 100 miles to get my Lotus serviced and it was a superb experience. Phil was kind enough to give me a guided tour of their amazing new site and introduce me to Dean the technician who worked on my car who explained everything to me. Huge thanks to both Phil & Dean today you made it a worth while trip and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Thanks Again.
asked about an issue with Air Con on my old Forester. Was told I needed a new compressor for 1000 plus VAT. Found a fix online and removed the compressor clutch, took out a shim and reassembled it. Works perfectly now and cost nothing
