Waited a few days for my appointment. Had everything ready. Called 2 mins before my appointment was due to start. Entered my appointment number twice and got a recorded message saying my appointment wasn't found and I would be transferred to reception. Waited on hold for 10 mins without any further messages (just ringing). Was eventually cut off. What a load of rubbish.

This is an AMAZING service available for leaseholders. One lady in particular stands out - Kemi!!! It's not the first time she has offered sound and comprehensive advice! She always knows all the detail having read the lease, etc and can give accurate advice! I'm soo thankful for all the advice she has provided! What a wonderful lady!!
If you are having problems with your lease, this should be your first point of call. The website contains a lot of useful information, but the issues involved can be complex. I found telephone service very useful and knowledgable - they advised us on what our rights were and what we should try to do next.
My adviser - Anna - quickly understood my concern and was able to explain in simple terms the potential implications of an option regarding a \voluntary offer\ to extend my lease. It was good to speak to someone about this and I felt that things were explained in sufficient detail to help me to make a decision, thank you.
The appointment system is a hit and miss. You are on hold for 15mns which we don t expect for appointments. Also , I raised an issue saying that the freeholder dies not respect the legislation and was told that it snot about legislation it s about taking it to the media ( really?).
