Dean was totally professional and worked quickly with little fuss. Our kitchen floor tiles responded brilliantly to the steam clean, they came up like new. 1.5 hours from start to finish including set up and clear down furniture back in place. Highly recommend this service.
After working with Dean and his team for several years as a property manager, I wouldn't use any other company for my end of tenancy works. Carpets and upholstery always look brand new once they've been cleaned, they also deep clean my properties to a very high standard. Very pleased with the service and results from steaming sam. I had carpet cleaned in 3 rooms as well as stairs and landing and 2 sofas. We have a dog and unfortunately he leaves grubby marks. Our carpets and upholstery looks brand new and smells great! Dean was professional, thorough and speedy. We last had our sofas and carpets cleaned a couple of years ago and were far from impressed- a local guy just using a consumer carpet washer- could have done it ourselves. steaming sam uses professional equipment which explains why we were so pleased with the difference. Would definitely recommend
