The store very clean and pleasant to browse around which i than spoke to a nice young man that took my order, having just purchased an 85 inch TV weighing 64 kg (141 lb) saving and sacrificing for 2 year i finally made the payment for next delivery, i was asked if any stairs which there is one flight as I live of ground level, next day delivery was very good and fast 2 men to carry my new TV up the stairs so i thought, i paid for the next day delivery thinking they would carry the TV up the stairs, the man said NO they couldn't carry the TV between them and even i offered to help taking the weight they still said NO, quite a disappointment so the lesson for all those with stairs to their flat you will face this problem having to manage on your own the question is, what if it was an old pensioner having paid expecting the goods into her flat, Curry's delivery service for those top floor flats will face the same problem feeling disappointed and ripped-off. I gave 4 stars for the nice young man and the speed of delivery but delivery men failed to complete the delivery into my lounge.

Nice clean shop with polite and helpful staff. The Three-star rating is due to PCWorld as an entity... We live within walking distance of the Coventry Ricoh branch. They didn't have the PC keyboard in stock that we wanted, but they said we could order on line. No problem, it had an extra 5 off online! BUT it wasn't available for delivery, ONLY click and collect. No problem, we ordered it to be collected from Coventry Ricoh. However, when we had paid and got the order confirmation email it said to collect from Leamington Spa. That's a fair distance. Luckily I have a car. If you don't have a car then be aware of the fact that they don't move stock from store to store for your convenience and when you order something to be collected from, say Coventry Ricoh, they actually send you to collect it from the nearest store that has that thing in stock. That could be a deal breaker if you don't drive.

Terrible service. Took a TV for a repair under warranty. The repair centre misplaced the TV and we were without it for over 6 weeks. They tried to make us pay extra and upgrade to different TV but we were expected to pay the difference price with no acknowledgement of the inconvenience they caused. Staff were rude and dismissive of our complaints. They didn't offer any kind of compensation or other goodwill gesture. Got a refund and took our business elsewhere.

Ordered a PC for click and collect. All was going well until I was told there wasn't one in stock despite their website indicating there were several in stock. I was told there was a problem with the system. Telling the member of staff this was not a good show from their companies perspective the member of staff replies \it's not my company\.
