For the first appointment my dentist was Dahlia and when I came back today for a hygiene appointment Dahlia came to talk me through what happened in my first appointment. She helped me to assess the situation and make a considered decision for the correct way forward. I found Dahlia to be extremely caring, professional and supportive. My hygiene therapist, Tim, explained everything in great detail and was extremely considerate and caring for my comfort. The practice is incredibly careful to observe all Covid-safety measures and I felt very safe. All in all two very successful appointments. As an NHS patient I am impressed by the amount of work and attention I received. Value for money!

Can’t rate this dental practice more highly. The highly skilled, professional and genuinely pleasant clinicians and staff make coming to the dentist almost enjoyable! I no longer fear trips to the dentist and there are very sensible Covid-19 precautions in place too.

Went in for a simple filling replacement but was forced to go privately due to NHS budget issues. This clearly opened me up for extortionate pricing since after a brief examination the dentist informed me I had severe gum disease and due to this I would need initial hygienist appointments (130 each) plus another appointment afterwards for the filling (more money). I decided to gain a second opinion as I have never had gum issues and was sceptical. I visited another local dentist who informed me I had no visible gum disease and my teeth were in good shape, as I expected. Its clear that this dentist is using his position of trust to take advantage of worried patients, and is more concerned about profit than the wellbeing of them. I would avoid at all costs as you will likely be lied to, although as an NHS patient perhaps it will be fine if he does not have a platform to scam you.

I went in with my child during lockdown as she was complaining of toothache. The receptionist was trying to do his job and a woman, maybe his senior, was shouting at him infront of everyone about his PPE, which looked fine to us all. It was extremely unprofessional. The same woman was then talking to another without her mask on! If this is how they treat staff infront of patients, wonder how they treat them behind closed doors??! Avoid this practise like the plague!
