This has been my first time renting a property through an agent (my previous rental has been private direct with the landlady) and it’s been a lot easier and smoother than I thought. Elaine has been really helpful throughout the process, especially with the current COVID situation. Virtually everything has been done online and it’s been simple and stress free. I’d be happy to use Leaders again.

I’ve been struck by how estate agents differ hugely in work ethics and values. Shoes that pinch can easily be returned... but finding a new home is as about as emotional as business transactions ever get. It was clear to us that Michael at Leaders completely appreciates this. He was extremely conscientious, friendly and professional, making so much effort to find the right property for us. I highly recommend Leaders and would use them again without hesitation. Even in these these challenging times they have provided great service from the moment I phoned up to book a viewing through to collecting the keys for the rental property. I dealt mainly with Michael whose interpersonal skills are very good, all queries were dealt with promptly and I was kept informed through out Well done a job well done
I would highly recommend using Leaders for any of your renting needs! After being let down by another estate agent in the area, Elaine was helpful from the first phone call I made enquiring about a property. My phone calls were always returned and all off my questions answered! After having such a horrendous experience with a different agent, it was so nice to speak to someone who knew her job, always phoned/emailed when she said she would and on top of that was very personable in person when going to view the property. Needless to say I am now renting my dream apartment and its all thanks to Elaine and the team! Would certainly use them again should I be on the move again.
