As I was moving from the North East to Brighton during lockdown and in a short time frame I was very nervous about the process and the fact I couldn't view any properties in person. However, Kerrie made it stress free! She was very responsive and helpful, answering all my questions and making sure everything went smoothly to allow me to move in on time. The flat was just as described and it is a dream! I am so grateful to Kerrie and the North Laine team.

My experience with the Leaders team from meeting Sydney at a property I'd seen online to rent, to the professional way she dealt with everything with personal touches making the whole process easy, complemented by the rest of the team of Aimee & Kerrie who dealt with certain aspects. Sydney is a credit to the company whom I'm sure appreciate her. I'd certainly use Leaders again for future property needs.
