Leaders Estate Agents Kings Norton

Fantastic service from Leaders. The representative of Leaders Libbi Bowes, sought to ensure speedy service to myself, enabling me to complete applications with optimum speed to secure my tenancy. Libbi has been quite responsive, informative, helpful and patient while I asked questions regarding my applications I was unsure of. I have now secured a tenancy which was all done within 8 hours of my initial phone call after passing all the relevant checks. I would also like to thank Leaders for the Gift Box of goodies I received upon collection of the keys. I would highly recommend Leaders as a number one choice of estate agents. Thanks to all for your help and overall great service. Anthony

Just goes to show you what happens when staff know what they are doing :) Libbi Bowes at Leaders has gone above and beyond for us with our move. Problems were rectified quickly and she is so friendly, she made our move go smoothly without a hitch! I would definitely recommend. Thanks again Libbi!

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Emma Thompson for her detailed report and photos of our property. Having been with leaders for a while, the report was done with a thoroughness that is second to none. Having said that I would also like to thank the rest of the team.

I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and efficiency of the team but specifically Sarah Newman. Sarah was able to address all elements of our situation and act accordingly in a prompt and responsive fashion. She did this with genuine care and diligence and is an asset to this company. I would have no hesitation in recommending Sarah or Leaders Estate Agents! Kudos

Decided to give my property to a management firm, from prior experience they don't live up to expectations or standard but was happily surprised with Leaders and Chelsea for arranging everything and keeping me in loop. Will happily hand over any future property's, with great confidence.. Thanks Neil
