I found leaders very helpful from the start and throughout my tenancy. They are quick to respond to my queries. In light of the COVID pandemic they have Virtual Viewings in place instead of the normal tenancy inspections which was a quick and easy process and avoids the need for anyone to come into the property, ideal for those who are vulnerable. All that was needed was a brief description of any issues and a photo of each room which was submitted and then sent back to you as a report, and onto leaders themselves. Very quick and easy! Samantha had been very prompt to reply to emails and Charlotte also.
I've been with Leaders (South&Co) for years, never had any complaints and always found the people their to be friendly and helpful. This morning I woke up to no hot water and no heating. Within the hour I had an engineer at the door, and a couple of hours later it was all sorted. Big thanks to Jo for getting it sorted out so quickly.
Laura has been very efficient and professional. At last, as a landlord, with Leaders since they have taken over from South n Co, Laura is the only one that I feel that has done her job professionally and properly.
