Although we haven't purchased our property through Leaders we found them to be a very professional company to deal with. The staff are very knowledgeable and certainly go that extra mile. Very helpful and professional. Our estate agent was Ross and he was absolutely fantastic! Very well dressed, confident and very professional. Ross helped and supported us throughout it all as we were first time renters so wasn’t sure exactly what to do however Ross made our experience very easy and answered all the questions we had to ask. Would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for first time renting or just as a personal agent, very very happy with all his hard work and contributions to making our first house perfect.
Me & my partner was in search of a property last minute as another one had fell through due to a leak. 48 hours since the first initial contact we have had a viewing, application forms sent and referencing checks underway. We have been speaking with Max and I have to say he is a very committed, enthusiastic person to work alongside. He has answered our queries very quickly and kept us both in the loop with the next steps to moving into the property. Truly is an asset to the company!
AWFUL! Avoid avoid! no professionalism. Sick of Leaders sending Junk mail through the post saying that they have sold a house in our street and they have noticed that we are currently trying to sell our property can we help. Our house is not even on the market what a joke these staff are. You must be so desperate scraping the bottom of the barrel resorting to tactics like this. Some staff are so rude and think they are someone. There are far more professional estate agents in Colchester that we would go to Leaders would be bottom of the list.
