Delicious gastronomic restaurant. Be prepared to sit for over 2 hours but the chef definitely has a lot to offer. My pork was incredible. You haven't had pork cooked that way, I can tell you. Everything else was unique, flavorful and very well executed. Very well priced, in this beautiful house.

We had an amazing dinner experience, the food was delicious and the menu is definitely worthy with little amuse bouches served before getting the starters. The service was also excellent, not too formal and very friendly. Overall we had a great time in this nice restaurant and I will definitely try to come back.
Excellent family operation near Chantilly
Exeptional cuisine. Definately soon it will get the first Michelin star. Great potato gnocci with parmesam espuma and white truffles. The hare with foie gras with marron tagliatelli (le lievre royal) is unforgettable. The atmospere is great as it located in the Rothchild family pavillon. The service is impecable.

Confinement et couvre-feu nous ont privés d’aller dans un restaurant pour commencer cette nouvelle année. Alors nous avons commandé notre repas complet au Verbois, une excellente adresse découverte sur Internet dont la proposition nous tentait bien. Et nous n’avons eu aucun regret, bien au contraire. Un repas bien préparé avec des produits bien frais, un accueil très sympathique et très bien organisé pour retirer notre commande. Tout était bien expliqué pour la préparation et tout était absolument délicieux. Une adresse que nous gardons précieusement, le cadre de cet établissement est très beau et ce repas nous a permis de sortir de l’ambiance morose et confinée actuelle. Nous avons hâte que cette période se termine et nous ne manquerons pas de retourner au Verbois pour notre plus grand plaisir.
Parfait ! Nous avons commandé le 12 janvier un menu pour manger à la maison pour l'anniversaire de monsieur. Quel délice !! Nous avons chacun prit une entrée un plat et un dessert. Mais quel goût. La présentation est très belle. Et possibilité de dresser dans ses propres assiettes chez soi. Nous recommander ones sûrement pour mon anniversaire en février. Au passage toutes nos félicitations pour cette première étoile ! Largement méritée. Surtout avec le dessert choux fleur chocolat blanc qui est notre coup de cœur chez vous.
