Beautifully located right on the harbor. Service is friendly and attentive, but leisurely - this is the south of France, not Manhattan. Excellent food at reasonable prices. Don't miss the grilled squid with butter-tender roasted potatoes and a flavored mayonnaise from heaven.

Eating there 1st of December - it was an amazing experience. You MUST try the \Bourride Toulonienne\ - local specialty with a very tasteful white creamy sauce, white fish, Jumbo-Shrimp and more seafood, served with provencale baked potatoes and vegetable - yummy - yummy, man, was that good! I had Profiteroles as a dessert but nothin will beat the Bourride. Very nice service, professional, friendly, smiley and attentive -

Good food but slow service so food arrived cold. Seemed like serving staff was more interested in their mobiles than their jobs. If you go in winter make sure they seat you inside the main restaurant bit as it is very drafty and cold in the front.

Sadly by the port it's hard to have a good experience. The people who work thought we couldn't speak any french, which is partly true. But overhearing a prolonged arguement about the \incorrect\ order (in which one meal arrived one hour late and half raw) and then how we could be soothes with rum (we could not) and finally when the bill arrived it was was wrong. The food was nice! When it wasn't served with a side of \I don't give a s*it\. In my experience Toulon is *amazing* for food. This place isn't one of them....

Good food, poor service..like warm red vine. At my remark they suggested to cool it down with ice cubes.
