Not a bad little place. Burgers as described; chicken a little tough but still delicious. Veggie burger was a bit bland but I guess that's what happens when you go veggie. Comes with a generous portion of fries. It's a bar at the front of the place so make sure you walk to the back where it's usually quieter/sit-down. Good selection of wines, beers and cocktails.

Easily one of the best burgers in Paris. Most of the burger joints in Paris try to hard to fancy up the hamburger and make it more French. This is why most places in Paris can’t make a proper hamburger, the beauty is in the simplicity. Le Ruisseau understands this and makes a perfect simple yet amazing burger. Their cheddar burger is my favorite from their wide selection of burgers to choose from (including a veggie burger option). I get this burger double patties and with bacon. The fries here are also top and always on point. If you are a tourist and want to take a break from French cuisine, this is a great place to go and have an awesome burger. Been here many times and they are very consistent and great quality.

I used to come here all the time, since they opened, because it was right in front of my house, but also because It was always delicious. Best burger I had ever tried honestly! But came back last week with a friend and I was disappointed. The burger was dry, like if it had been cooked for a while, and same for the fries, they were all hard and not very warm... The sauce that came with it was different as the one they used to serve (not as nice) and also they removed the salad side that came with every burger that I really liked. Anyway, just wanted to give my opinion as I love this place. Will give it another try sometime soon!

The restaurant is pretty good-looking from the outside and has a nice view of the streets surrounding it. The staff were friendly and pretty helpful. The burger I ordered tasted pretty good and the view made it even better. However, the waiting time was quite long. This might be the case because it was pretty busy at the time we visited this restaurant, but for anyone who gets hungry quite fast, keep in mind that it might take a bit longer than you had hoped for. However, if you can spare some time and want to eat some good hamburgers, I would recommend this place to you. (hint: eat outside, it has a pretty good view)
