One of the best places we have eaten in our two week trip through France. I can definitely recommend this place. The owners are very friendly too.

Friendly people, nice location. I’m vegan and they made a lovely big salad with lots of yummy things and a delicious dressing. The chips are fab!
Lots of burgers to choose from. The Rustique is gooey melted cheddar and a hash brown potato on top of about a 1/3lbs patty. Excellent. The fries are very good, halfway between a scallop potato and chip or crisp. They have steak and salmon tartare so make sure that's what you want! Fish menu is skimpy between salmon tartare and fried anchovies. Beer is served in a proper pint size goblet.
Unfriendly stuff, horrible service. We stopped there to get a coffee and a dessert but the waitress looked at us like at third world country people that we do not to get food. Out of a simple order of 2 coffees and 2 desserts she managed to screw it up and forget one. Probably not a good place if you don't speak french.
We stopped for an early lunch. Both of our meals were of the best quality and my wife even said hers was the best burger ever. Fresh quality ingredients and very friendly staff. If we ever get back to Evian we will definitely stop again.
Have lived in Evian for 10 years. Had tried the previous owners and had never gone back. It now is under new ownership and I would and will go back. Charming couple. Local food and very good meat. Definitely worth a try. Relaxed and friendly.
The owners were very nice. They let us come inside before the restaurant was open to get out of the rain. The waitress was very patient as we don't speak French. The food was excellent. The Lé Cowboy burger was great. The French fries are much different than traditional fries. They're cut in thin half circles. Also, the pictures on Google are not updated. The place is new. I could not add any pictures.
Unfortunately i had meet a very rude personal, the food was not too bad)
