Short stop in the town and like the sound of the restaurant. What an outstanding meal we had! Staff were very attentive and friendly without being overbearing. The food was faultless, the chef(s) was on top form and to a standard way above what we expected. Definitely value for money and would recommend anyone to come here.

We have been visiting this restaurant for 14 years. It never disappoints! Usually occupied almost entirely by locals, the food is reliably good. The pace is relaxed. The staff meet you half way language wise(make an effort to understand our French and use English to clarify if needed.) 3 course lunch for 18.50 euro seemed great value. Nice to be served an attractive plateful of temptingly presented foods rather than a ginormous mountain of \fodder\. The frites were exceptional. Probably cooked in beef dripping. The \Dame Blanche\ was delicious because the chocolate sauce was a perfect consistency and neither too sweet nor bitter. Highly recommend.
We loved this restaurant for my birthday lunch. We had moules frites and I went for the curry and chorizo and it was superb. The frites are fried beautifully and my thighs will remember them for years!
Having Travelled from Girona Spain to Saint Omer in 14 hours, it was a delight to enjoy a lovely 3 course meal, well presented and cooked meals and reasonably priced.
