What a surprise this place was. I chose it because it had a nice area out the back. The food was great and relatively cheap. The duck was great but the beetroot soup was spectacular!
Lovely intimate restaurant in Amboise. Excellent food with a very good wine list. The owner(?) helped us pick both a white and red wine from the region. They also have a very good 3 course fixed price menu that is very reasonable. No problem recommending this restaurant.
Excellent food. Very nice people. On a busy day they actually looked if there was a table available... contrary to some other local restaurants.
Don’t order the entrecôte and frites. The meat is too tough to chew and most of the fries were raw. Service was good but I can’t figure out how they got in the Guide Michelin.
Excellent service and ultra delicious food. Food presentation is very classy.
A much better choice than the tourist traps along the castle. The day's menu is good value. Good is creative. Wine by the glass could be a bit more generous for the price
