I stopped here for lunch on my trip to Lourdes. I wanted to have cassoulet, so when I saw it on their menu I decided to stop and take a chance. I'm glad I did. The food was delicious, cassoulet toulousain and the crepe Suzette, and I enjoyed the atmosphere. I'd definitely come back and enjoy another meal here.

Excellent pizza but quite pricey. Worth the money though.

The Cassole is incredible and is a very healthy portion. The restaurant focuses on local specialties made really well.

Outside was advertised a menu for 15.90 with a main dish, a pudding or cheese, and a glass of wine or a coffee, when I asked the waitress standing outside the door, what the main dish was, she said it was a \cassolette\ with a piperade kind of sauce (peppers and tomato) with jambon de bayonne. I said ok, I'll give it a go. Inside it was a completely different story. The waiter's body language throughout was pushy and impatient wanting me to go quickly so he can get the table free. Lourdes at that time of the year is not busy. So I don't know what the rush was. But it made me feel uncomfortable and unwanted as a customer, actually not only me but other customers too. The food was a joke. The main meal \cassolette\ was basically an omelette mixed with 3 small pieces of jambon de bayonne, red and green peppers and onions presented in a small round ceramic dish so it looks like a \cassolette\ (its actually pictured in one of their pictures) Coming to the pudding, I was only offered a pancake with sugar brought to the table, I've asked what the cheese was, they said they ran out(I arrived for lunch at 11.45am). The pancake was barely heated up. I drank my coffee, paid and left. Disappointed by customer service, staff and food. When I walked a bit higher up towards the town centre, I saw menus at 11.50 with much more choices and detailed menus presented outside. Don't eat in places near the grotto as they will rip you off.
