one of my favourite restaurants to go in the region, how the chef can cook by the fire is beyond me. an experience and good food make for a great meal out. alot of choices for set menus, or you can have something quick if needed. I really recommend this place, very reasonable prices and delicious food.

Great food and a warm welcome. The staff were great and speak a little English. It's fascinating to watch the chef cook the beef over the wood fire.
Excellent atmosphere, friendly, helpful staff and great food. The meats cooked on the open fire in front of the diners, were 1st class, tender and tasty. Will be returning again and will be recommending it to friends.
Great restaurant just outside Castelnaudary. The best steaks, cooked over an open fire. Generous portions, good value for money.

Le meilleur restaurant traditionnel pour un cassoulet, un vrai!!! Des qu'on passe dans la région on s'y arrête ! Ps: il faut avoir faim, car le cassoulet est généreux !!!
