We stayed at this wonderful Airbnb and the owner suggested several restaurants that were all Michelin star restaurants. In addition to those she mentioned Le Hide. We decided to eat there our first night in Paris. This restaurant should be on the Michelin star list. Absolutely one of our very favorite restaurants in all of Paris. The lobster bisque is magnificent. The scallops had to be some of the best I’ve had anywhere in the world. If you can get a table you will be very happy you did. Make reservations today.

Highly recommended restaurant for french dishes! The place is chic and stylish, the atmosphere is elegant. For this price, the food is too awesome. Big portion and nice present. Starters for only 12 euros and have many choices. Will come over as usual when I pass the city!
I ordered their take away menu (due to the confinement in France) and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. It is a fusion of Japanese and French and it was delicious! Good portion too!!!
The foods are amazing- the taste is so rich but it doesn't make you feel heavy or oily. And the plating is so interesting like you're watching a painting. The desserts are the most incredible part. Le Hide interprets the traditional desserts with a very modern, or let's say the deconstruction approach, with the same satisfying taste.
We walked by the restaurant not knowing anything about it prior. But its charm has draw us in. Reservation is recommended but they're able to accommodate us 2 with a short wait at the small bar. It's a boutique restaurant but the decor is elegant and charm. The price is very reasonable. You can select 2 or 3 course meal for fixed price. Little extra for \upgrade\.
A tiny gem of a restaurant with limited seating but with great surprises. Located near the Arc de Triomph in a just off Avenue Mac-Mahon. A bistro so nondescript in location and appearance you may not think nothing of it but within lies a wonderful gustatory experience. We waited almost 2 hours for seating because we were not smart enough to get reservations but the wait was worth it. We were very lucky to have been seated at all. The staff were very lovely. And the menu choices were a wonderful cross section of traditional and fusion. If you find yourself in Paris just make sure you go. Of course get reservations and go, tout suite!
This place is truly one of a kind. It was probably one of the best meals I've had on a vacation, I'd definitly go back again when I'm back in Paris. Its a small, intimate restaurant where the staff is so friendly and accommodating. The food is so flavorful and exquisite and elegantly plated. Definitely a great way to start a night out in town, or wrap up a long day of sightseeing in Paris. Simply amazing!
