fantastic architecture. gives the city a modern flavor
Ultra-modern performing arts center and while it was opened in the early 80's, seems like it still stand the test of time with its uniqueness and interesting lines. Fits Le Havre's modern architecture well and adds visual contrast to the town square. Seems like it can also be used for Star Trek filming - would be a great proxy for a building in 'Vulcan' no? C'mon, that was too easy. Spock would be quite at home here.
