The hotel is quite amazing but the restaurant is a little underwhelming. We visited on a Sunday as the rest of the city was closed up and no restaurants were open. The food was just ok and nothing to write home about. The redeeming quality was the staff, they are very friendly, attentive and offered recommendations. Prices were pretty good too. The hotel is were they really shine. The staff in the hotel, as with the restaurant, are very nice and give great information for sightseeing in the area. The rooms are extremely clean and very nice. We experienced zero issues and would 100% return in the future. Nightly rate was very good.

We stopped by for lunch. The decoration and the setup was very cozy and we felt welcomed. The food was good. The portions were better than most French restaurants that I've been. I was pleasantly surprised that some people knew a little bit of English as well. I would recommend this place.
Open every day without interruption. Extensive menu with top quality dishes as fair prices. Staff welcoming and efficient. Restuarant situated next to a beautiful canal with terrace. Highly recommend.
Avoid this place. We were in 2 people and they didn’t allow us to sit on a bigger table with 3 chairs even with the restaurant quite EMPTY and other couples doing EXACTLY the same (we had some shopping bags and there were no place to put it on the floor or over the table). I gently explain the situation and asked the manager to allow us to sit on that specific table and he refused being quite rude and showing absolutely no flexibility. We decided to leave the restaurant. In a nutshell, You’ve better places to spend your money in Bayeux so avoid this place. PS: I am not even considering in this review the time we have to wait them to attend us standing in front of the restaurant like idiots otherwise will be less than 1 star.
This place is a regular visit every time we are in the area. Wonderful staff and superb food. The cod is light and flaky, the burgers are juicy and scrumptious and the desserts are fantastic.
Great food for a very reasonable price! Service was very fast, looked a bit like they were in a hurry. Would most definitely recommend the mussels
Stopped here for a beer after walking about Bayeux. Patio was great. Came back later that evening for dinner with my 3 friends. Reasonably priced menu with good service.
Food was pretty good, and outdoor ambiance was nice. We tried to go about 7:45 pm on a Monday night, but they were refusing anyone who didn't already have a reservation. We went back the next night around the same time and got a table - I suspect they are a bit more busy Mondays since many other places are closed then. I had a fish burger, and my companion had salisbury steak.
