Amazing all around. Very delicate cuisine. Each dish had a story. We tried to speak French and they were very patient :) I am dying to go back

Supposedly a two stars Michelin restaurant, though I did not feel it. The room was packed, which made the atmosphere rather stressful. The staff felt under pressure and the service was slow — more than 2 hours to get a starter, a main dish and dessert. We did not feel any emotion in the plates. They were good, but nothing astonishing. Good products well prepared. I really tried to connect and enjoy this up to what was at stake, but it failed me.
I think the table should be cleaned between two dishes. Poor selection of cheeses and pastries are far from being amazing. We had the best cider of the menu according to the sommelier (and price...) but found it hardly drinkable. It's a good restaurant, but can do better
Amazing food. Well thought through. Each dish is its own chapter, yet consistent with the meal. Great choice of very fine desert and great cheese choice.
One of my favorite places in the world: amazing setting and food!
Very good food, location and service. We have had dinner here once in the last four years, but this time I did not get the \wow\ I had previously. Still within the very best though.

I absolutely loved the setting and the menu is imaginative and flawlessly executed. Chef Roelliger’s lobster is incredible. However, what should have been an unforgettable, beautiful evening was marred by service which was nonwelcoming, inattentive and downright smug. Perhaps it would have been different if we were staying at Bricourt I don’t know, but it was the least inviting, helpful on any meal we had during our 8 days in Brittany/Normandy.
