Le Chat Noir French Restaurant

I’ve had family in riverside for years and always wanted to try this place. For a long time the crowd there made me feel uncomfortable. Lately, however, there is a very young and diverse community that comes around. Seeing other young people of color here, made me feel more comfortable. The staff is phenomenal and so welcoming to the new generation of Riverside locals. The owners/ chefs love feedback and friendly conversation. Such. A. vibe. Period it’s kind of our regular spot now.

Food was good, service was excellent. Only reason not getting five star is due to desserts or lack. Wine was good, meat was excellent and appetizers were good. Mini dessert sampler but nothing stood out to order larger portion but that is a small complaint, this restaurant is highly recommended.

the food is pretty good. Everytime i miss the mother land i try to look for french restaurants to try out. This one was pretty descent. Gave me memories of my childhood. Thanks for the great service!

We are back in town again. This time we brought friends living near Riverside for a lovely get together dinner. The restaurant did not disappoint. We had a delicious dinner. Our friends could not stop thanking me for introducing them to Le Chat Noir. Everything was delicious.

I was curious about this place and wanted to try it out and surprise my mom and man was we in for a treat. The waiter was very respectful and prompt with refills and providing customer service. The Hors d' oeuvres was amazing (I strongly recommend the escargot!!) The Filet Mignon was awesome and the French Onion soup was good too... The Sorbet Maison was so refreshing and it took it over the top for me. It's great place to relax, dine, and/or talk business.
