My daughter and I enjoyed the Italian pastas (carbonara and vongole) and the calamari fried. Quite crowded at noon we had to rush eating pastas (that arrived a bit late) in order to quit the restaurant in time for my daughter's lesson (at 13:00). Overall a good eating experience.
My favourite Italian restaurant in Toulouse. Why? Because you enter this place nearly via the cuisine where you really see that anything you taste and eat is carefully home-made. Portions are huge, be prepared with a resilient appetite before you go. Prices are really moderate, and service is swift and super pro. Le Cardito also propose medium to good quality Italian wines at prices very low that make this restaurant stand out of the Toulouse market. Last but not the least, it is located around a very quiet and calm place de l'Ormeau, outside the historical centre of Toulouse which makes it super easy to go there with your own car. Looking at how intricated and difficult the Toulouse historical centre can be, Le Cardito's location, just 4 minutes drive from the \Grand Rond\ square is a place where to go. Owners are very pleasant people as well, and the chef is the manager of the manager. Italian quality: Andate!
