The view of Paris from the Seine was the highlight of the cruise for me. We went up top between every course and my kids loved it. There was no one upstairs, so we had it to ourselves. The view of the city at night was spectacular. The food was good and the service was swift. We only wish they had been flexible with gluten free options.

This is a nice, classy, leisurely way to spend the evening in Paris. Food and service was very good. You'll also get a nice view of Paris. I would definitely recommend doing this.
I've seen other comments saying it wasn't great but we had a good time and the food was nice. Only downside is, the pictures they took were quite expensive but hey, you don't have to buy them.
My partner and I had a great evening aboard. The meal and service was on point! We were fortunate to sit close to the window. However the River Palace has enormous picture windows throughout the dinning room and there isn't a bad seat in the house. If you take the late cruise be prepared to wait standing in line. They need time to cleanup from the early cruise before they start boarding.
We booked a special river boat cruise for our mothers 70 birthday 4 months prior to our date. We upgraded to the special beef Wellington meal at that time. A bit over 24 hours prior to ship date we received an email stating the menu option was no longer available. In a second email an hour later we where informed that the direction of the cruise had to be altered due to river conditions. Having done a similar cruise a few years earlier with a different company our expectations were very high as it was the highlight of our vacation! We had no option for a refund. This was a very expensive river cruise with no highlighted sights being seen. The meal was sub par at best. This was not only a waste of money, but time as well! Rather have had the option to cancel due to events out of their control and had an excellent meal on land for a fraction of the cost.
This experience was unlike no other. It was by far one of our most favorite memories of our whole trip to Europe. The staff was extremely welcoming and friendly and the three course meal was delicious. The overall ambiance was perfect for a romantic date. Photos don't even do justice as this was an indescribable experience. I would highly recommend this experience for anyone visiting Paris, and would love to come back again.
A very nice boat for a lovely cruise. The food is good, the service is fantastic and Paris is so beautiful by night!
