Very awesome bar! Cool decoration, good music and good beer. Edit: In light of their response, perhaps we had a misunderstanding. Still leaving the original text below, and I'll add that the bar was very welcoming. Fairly certain me and my girlfriend got kicked out of the restaurant section though, so maybe not a very tourist friendly place (we were obviously dressed as tourists, and we speak no French; never expected to stumble on this place). YMMV.

If you love metal, if you love a huge piece of steak... This place is a must!!! Black dog is a metal bar with a small space at the back that serve good steaks.
Good music, nice beers, tasty steaks.. had some nice conversations with the bartender about music and such. will definately go again when I'm in Paris!
Heavy metal bar - Themed decor drinks are quite nice too. Music choices were tailored to the hour and well done.
You'll struggle to find a more wretched hive of scum and villainy. Highly recommended!
Very good food and beer. Awesome music BUT I'd like a bit more metal variety. Excellent place! Metal heads shall visit !
Great steak. Music wasn't to my taste but wasn't overbearing in the restaurant area. Good value for money. Recommended.
The staff thinks they are better than their customers. - it's covid all over the place and nor barman\\waiter nor chef wears a mask - if you ask something about a dish, the waiter replies \everything is written in the menu\... Seriously? What if I'm blind, or can't read or in a hurry and want to save time? - If you order a salad - your veggies will be either dry or rotten, richly covered with sauce to hide the way they look. It was a disaster, an expensive one too. The only good thing about this place is the music. I would never go back there again.
