This restaurant is situated at the end of a little port in Montech. I was surprised to learn that such a top notch restaurant exists in this. This place was founded by the Michelin star chef Christian Constant. Judging by the menu, we knew we were in for a culinary adventure. There are so many delicious choices on the menu, each so different from another. There is something for everyone. It was difficult to choose because I wanted to taste them all. The portions are generous. Will definitely come back with the entire family. This way, we can order many more different dishes in order to do a tasting of the entire menu.

They've tried cater for my Vegan diet and did amazingly well. But the poor selection and the need to ask something that isn't on the menu declined a better score.
Seems to be the place to go at lunchtime for the locals. Good food served in a cool way. Not to expensive for the quality.
