Ordered for collection as we've previously enjoying dining here. Pizza collection is currently via a dark alley around the back of the shop front. Staff greeted my wife without face coverings, not adhering to social distancing, one of whom was also smoking. Not a great motivation to return. 3 stars as the food was ok, but definitely room for improvement with the current setup for collections.

Le Bateau. Great Favourite. Drink and Eat. New Menu looking good. Belly Pork chunks, Squid and Prawn starters, Chicken Caesar Wrap, Rissotto all most acceptable. Enjoyed. Thank you Le Bateau.
Shout out to the Bouncer/acting waiter who went out of his way to make sure me and the girls got a table and service on Saturday night. It was very appreciated. Delicious cocktails, right price point, try the espresso martini! Thanks guys
Good Pizzas. However, I pre-Ordered a couple times for collection and been told by multiple staff that they had the \eat out to help out\ deal on for collection so I thought it wasn't going to be a concern a third time. But, I tried to ring anyway to confirm again they were doing the deal and their phones were turned off so I couldn't even get through. Not helpful. When I got there I was refused this deal by two staff members who didn't really seem to know if it was on or not. When I told them I was confused because they offered it to me twice before, they told me it was a mistake. I wasn't pleased, found this inconsistent and felt a bit spoken down to, like I was wrong when they gave me the deal in the first place... The other times I paid 18 for 3 Pizzas and now it changed to 40!. A big difference for a student. A family member just paid on arrival of collection because they didn't want to make a deal out of it but I would have. Sucks because I've eaten here before and not had a problem.
Always have a great night , booked a meal for new years and for the price you couldn't go wrong
