There was some fresh snow last week so we had funny walking to this restaurant. Staff was friendly and the local food - just great. We got torches for way back and again we enjoyed that.

The raclete was great and the place was cozy
Wonderful evening at the Banc de l'Ours! After an apéritif of delicious mulled wine on the terrace we enjoyed an evening of raclette (also with the blue cheese of Vercors) in the restaurant's own tipi, which was nicely set up with animal skins and blankets as well as wood fired ovens to help keep warm. Apéritif, raclette, wine, dessert and coffee for a very fair price and very accommodating owners for offering alcohol-free drinks and alternatives for those with dietary requirements. The little walk through fields (snow covered this time of the year) into the forest just adds to the great atmosphere. Close to the cross-country skiing routes and snowshoe hiking paths this is the perfect place to turn in for a great meal after a day outside in nature. I highly recommend!
Excellent place in winter and summer too. Just a little expensive.
Nice raclette but temperature was very cold, but the location is awesome. Have to walk for 20 min in the snow to reach the place from the nearest parking lot

Vue incroyable. Lieu très chouette. Serveuse sympathique. Tables \bancs de pic nic\, moyennement pratique. Plats plutôt bons mais grossier. C'est pas de la cuisine raffinée mais ça nourrit. Formule plat/dessert/tisane plus ou moins obligatoire le soir. Un peu trop cher.
Halte gourmande qu'il est très facile d'atteindre depuis Autrans à pieds ou raquettes (sentier large en pente douce) voire à skis (pistes de fond passant à proximité) Terrasse et salle très chaleureux. Vous êtes sûrs de passer un bon moment, faire de sympathique rencontres, déguster des choses savoureuses, vous reposer. En famille ou entre amis, le lieu est magnifique (vue dégagée sur le domaine) pour se ressourcer dans tous les sens du terme
