Amazing, luxury level food, the restaurant itself is simple and cosy, the service is quick and very friendly, but the food is something unbelievable! The portions aren’t huge, but we shared a starter, two mains and two deserts and that was quite filling - and we ended up paying 100 eur, which is normal for a Michelin restaurant.

Only serves seafood and from a single set menu. But food is of a high standard and beautifully presented. At 23 for a 3-course lunch, I would say it was good value. Portions not huge, but the right size for a healthy lunch.
Everything was excellent. I started with a plate of tomato and burrata mozzarella. I never tasted a better one, there were also some vinegar strawberries and sesame crumble. I then chose white fish (Maigre in French) with zucchini in several forms (purée, grilled, soft,...). Finally, for the dessert, I had a apricot/tarragon structure, which was absolutely divine. I also added pictures of the other peoples plates.
Great food in a beautiful place. No menu options for kids unfortunately.
We went to this hidden gem years back during a quick stop in Perpignan. The cuisine was phenomenal and the atmosphere under the arches of the basilica were even more magical. Highly recommend! #french #romance
Rarely am I so pleasantly surprised by a restaurant. The visit to Le 17 was an uplifting experience which envigoured my love of good food. The chef is at the peak of his abilities and dominates every aspect of haut cuisine. I could talk at length about every dish which were all marvelous and full of discovery. The combinations of flavours, textures and colours were superlative. The waiters were extremely knowledgeable and friendly coupled with their excellent service. I cannot recommend this place enough, wonderful. However there is one negative. We and our 9 year old son were informed that children should eat the same as adults and there is no children's menu and certainly no frites. My son does not agree. And everyone knows that the fried potato is a gift from god. I look forward to my next visit but maybe without my son. Bravo Le 17, you are doing a wonderful job.
Fantastic aromatic food experience! Great highly dedicated service! The best restaurant in Perpignan. We will be back for sure.
We took the menu du jour (2 courses 16E, 3 courses 23E). All 3 courses were excellent. Great flavours, beautifully presented, nice service. Dishes were all quite complex with many flavours and techniques - this was miles above the normal lunchtime menu du jour. We will be back for certain.
