Great gym with friendly and helpful staff. The gym has always looked to improve and try new things and caters for a diverse range of people of various levels of fitness as well as looking after first timers. More recently they offer a wide range of class based events which are very popular. I have been with the gym for about 7 years. Keep it up LD Fitness
I have been a member for nearly a year now and I can honestly say it has transformed my relationship with exercise and the gym. This place has the feel of a social club, with like minded people who work hard to achieve their goals and have fun at the same time. It sounds cliché but its all true. Love the place, the instructors, the classes and the fellow members!
Absolutely fabtastic! Love all my fitness classes I have started,friendly welcoming gym! Ideal for all shapes sizes and ability and know one is treated any different to anyone else! Love it!
Really good gym. Classes are brilliant and varied, all the staff are really friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is always really buoyant in the classes and around the gym in general. Highly recommend
