Laura & Michelle are simply an AWESOME team who provide AWESOME customer service. Iv personally witnessed their passion and would not hesitate to recommend this business to friends and family again in the future! The dealership itself is warm, welcoming and inviting and there is absolutely no pressure put on customers whatsoever. The team know their vans and stock and will make recommendations to suit. I consider their after sales service and warranty to be exceptional and they also offer great finance solutions as well. In short, 5* staff, 5* service and a 5* experience. Keep being awesome!

After searching 2 weeks online to find a new van for my business I eventually traveled from London to Scotland to buy a van from LCM Vans Ltd, they had a van that had everything i wanted with very low millage so i made up my mind to travel up to Scotland to buy this van, i always wanted to visit Scotland for a holiday but i never envisaged that i would buy a van, its a long way to go, anyway i went to my bank on Friday 5th Feb to transfer my money to pay for the van, Saturday morning i went to pick up my new van, all cleaned up and ready to go home, then to my horror Laura said that the money i had transferred not cleared in to her Account, !!! cut a long story short the bank made a technical error and i ended up staying in Scotland for a further 5 days, during this time Laura helped me tremendously, she showed 100% customer concern and service which ive not seen before, she did her very best to communicate with the banks, she showed total professionalism to get this matter resolved which she did, thank you laura, if she wanted she could have sold the van to another customer but she didn't, she said that she wouldn't do that which made me feel at rest, we got their in the end, it took me about 6/7 hours to drive back to London and the new transit van i bought drove like a dream, i was very impressed not only with the van but also with Laura who gave me a fantastic customer service experience, and kept in touch though out so if your thinking of buying a new van i would defentley recemend LCM VAN as a perfect choice dealer, you will not be disappointed,, Kind Regards Ismail Hassan London
Was recommended to speak to Laura from a friend who has also recently bought a van and he was correct to do so. Laura helped me narrow down to a few models to meet my specification and then showed me what vans she had available, at absolutely no point was pushy for a sale and was a pleasure to deal with. I reserved the van and Laura kindly held it for me for 2 weeks until I found the time to travel from Edinburgh. Van was clean, all documents available and ready to go. I am already looking to purchase another van and definitely wouldn't go anywhere else! Thanks a million.
Having been involved with buying and leasing vehicles for more than 10 years I appreciate when someone delivers exceptional service. LCM more than merit praise for their service delivery. From start to finish they keep you informed and make you feel like a valued customer. No issue ignored and they always try to deliver on anything they agree. We received an excellent service from Laura at LCM Vans when we bought 2 new Transit customs from her previously and we have returned to see Laura again for another 2 new vans. Laura was most helpful and accommodating to get the right van we were looking for at the right price. We look forward to sealing a deal for 2 new vans and getting another 2 vehicles on the road for Hainey & Stronach Contractors. We would definitely recommend LCM vans.
