First time here and loved it!! The place is great the customer service is amazing. The manager heard it was our first time and he came out to personally great us and bring us some secret waffle fries not on the menue. They have a huge beautiful patio outside for you and your doggy friends to eat. No breed restrictions as long as your fur baby knows how to behave. Will definitely be coming back.
Our office outing was meant to be fun and lighthearted. The food was great except for the cucumber side dish which was way to salty. As the manager did her normal table touch we casually mentioned it as it wasn't a big deal. She took it very seriously and thanked us for bringing it to her attention. Turns out, it was prepared with salt instead of sugar. Again, not a big deal to us, but she gave the table fee desserts! Now that's customer service worth mentioning! Thanks again.
Always enjoy Lazy Dog. First time at this Addison location. Sabrina was our hostess and her service was good. I went hoping to get a salmon sandwich I had there before (it was awesome). They have since removed it from the menu but let me attempt to duplicate it - GOOD JOB! My friend had the buttermilk chicken sandwich and said it was delicious.
Great vibe, I love their outside heated patio. Food tastes really good, they have a few vegan options. Excellent service, especially from Stan, he is very attentive to his customers.
