(takeaway) friendly staff and generous portions and the meat was superb. The sole reason for not giving 5 stars is that the grilled bread and cheese got all stuck to the lids. I ended up with plain garlic bread. Will Go again!
Went for lunch. Good menu choice - lamb shish was very tasty. With reduced customer capacity (covid-19) the music seemed to drone on a little bit which in normal circumstances would blend with the chatter of people. Would definitely go again. Great service too.
Great food, lovely atmosphere and lovely owners and staff. I would really recommend a visit. When I'll be back in Rye I will definately return to Layla. Thank you so much for a lovely evening.
A nice Turkish meal, served with a Turkish beer. The only wine by the glass is the house white or red, which is a shame in this day and age. I had the yoğhurtlu adana kebab which was well prepared and tasty. The meal was fine but they'd get another star by offering a wider range of wine by the glass.
