i am restoring an old wooden building. i needed specific timber sizes to replace parts that had rotted. The service i received both on the phone and then in the branch today were excellent. In particular Tony & Mitch who were unbelievably helpful. Also the chap who served me at the trade counter - didn't get his name, apologies but he knows who he is - Thank you all - Graham T ( Radlett)

Outstanding service and quality product, really delighted. The whole service was so easy, from the easy to use website and payment gateway through to the super-helpful delivery putting over 1000kg of timber just where we needed it to be without any manual handling. Thanks very much, we will be sure to recommend your fantastic service and products to others.

Visited there this morning to purchase some wood to build raised beds in the garden. They have adopted a responsible system for social distancing, although this did incur a short wait. Very helpful staff that gave me time and good advice. I would recommend.
