I am grandmother whom me and my husband had to take temporary custody of of grandkid, because of granddaughter had burn marks that showed up on her arm, on two different occasions. We have been having them for 3 years, and she haven’t done anything for them. She also didn’t come visit them or bring them any food, clothes or shoes these past three years. The judge scrip away a right to take the kids, and told her she have to have supervisor visitation. She pick and chooses when she wants to show up. It’s sad, because she have went out and had another baby, and can’t really do for it. So when you guys say that this courthouse is not being fare. I have to disagree with you. They are placing these kids in the best care that they see fit to do so. It’s not Gwinnett County Juvenile Court system fault.

My friend had said she had a terrible experience here. She said no one would listen to her side. A lot like Officer Spann of the Duluth police, badge number 1181 didn’t appear in my opinion to listen to me. Wouldn’t even shake my hand after I was left shaking from what I felt to be an unnecessary interrogation.

I wish I could put a negative star!! I hate this place and all of the people in it!!! They destroy families .. Its like a protected empire!! I encourage every one that reads my review to google Nancy Schaefer.

This place is a hell hole!!! They lie on people. Tried to drum all kinds if charges, false allegations so Earl Hunter and his wife Tameka could \buy\ my baby. What a shame. Gloria Hunter obsessed with me and my children and will not stop trying to \steal\. She doesn't even have the mental capacity to raise children. Courts where is the \Real Justice.

Notice how these reviews are from seemingly bitter women. As if the system doesn't usually give custody to the mother by default, no matter how good of a parent the father is. So if you're a woman that lost custody of your child(ren), there's probably a reason.
