Appointment at 8:30am for physical exam Check in: 8:06 Nurse called: 8:46 Nurse practitioner came: 9:21 Out in line for blood: 9:25 Out the door: 9:36 Fill and Agree to a bunch of stuff. Didn't get called in 15 minutes after appointment time. Waited in the room for 30 minutes only for the NP to listen to my breathing and a few questions for under 5 minutes. Wonder how many hundreds of dollars they bill the insurance for me to wait in their room. It's little to none \checkup.\ I am not sure what the annual checkup is for if there's no checkup from the doctor. I guess for billing purposes. ️

Been going to see Dr. Crooker since I was a kid (even before he opened this practice)! Great guy. Now I see Heather usually, but everyone in the office is great. Doctors, nurses, people in the front office...they're all so kind and helpful! They genuinely care about their patients and are always willing to listen to my thousands of odd questions and requests. I don't have health insurance and I've never had to pay anything crazy. Definitely would refer them to a friend. Thanks for all you do team at Gwinnett Center Medical Associates!!!
I was discharged from this office which they say was due to my past due balance, but after further investigation I spoke with my insurance company and I owed 69 so I am thinking it was a message I left in the patient portal for Shari Crooker and she was not too thrilled with the things I said, I will post what I sent to her and her response to me on several sites to see if I was out of line, LUCKLY I took screen shots of everything before they inactivated my acct. So if you plan on using this office.. keep your mouth shut and never voice your opinion or you too will be booted out.
