They promised to start work and I turned down other decorator's and after the promised date they asked if the can postpone till next year. Could have been honest about it and I would have accepted it. Not wait pass the proposed date. NOT reliable

Nice range of items and good friendly staff..
Very knowledgeable staff , nice range of different wallpaper , I was all sorted with all my stuff very quickly
The wallpaper in this store is second to none very high quality and a good selection of decorating materials. The reason for my 1 star is the lady that works in the store. Very unpleasant and made me feel uncomfortable to approach her with my query, calling in the store was no different! Same lady same unpleasant attitude. I’ll Stick with B&Q as for me manors are everything and I expect a polite helpful service when investing my money in to any store. Maybe something for the store manager to consider as you do not want customers turning else where.
Really impressed with the wallpapering and painting work done in our bedroom. Delighted. Great aftercare too. Would definitely recommend Lawrence Milne.
