Offered the owner 8 ounces of 0.999 Troy silver for cash value and the owner of the store had to Google the value of silver. He then offered me 90 bucks on roughly 200 worth of silver. Do not try to sell any sort of precious metals here.

Allen is the new owner. I called him on a ps4 remote. He gave me a price. Honored it when I got in to store. Real nice guy. Way more friendly than the old owners.

Awful. Abysmal. Horrible. Despicable. I own a thesaurus, but I don't think I need it here. Want to get ripped off? They will be more than happy to oblige. No idea what they're doing. No matter what you ask for, they'll offer half. Take it if you're desperate, I guess. But go anywhere else if you want a fair deal.

If I could give them 0 stars that would be great went in to return an item the whole staff looked confused an uneducated uhhh we dont do returns then I asked well can I sell it back no we wont buy it back but you can take it to such an such place to see if they'll take it nah you guys just didn't want to do your job when you were more focused on playing with a guitar in your shop
