I got a BIPAP machine this week with my Medicare and secondary insurance with Aetna. I have no copays or deductibles. The said they required a charge card to get the machine. I complained but they said it was company policy. I will call their corporate office and make sure. Does not seem legal with my coverage. Not happy !

Run away. The worst DME in existence to my knowledge. If you use a credit card to purchase then immediately change that card or they will be charging you and sending stuff you don't need or want. And you will be robocalled to DEATH. I should have been clued in by the empty office and drop shipped CPAP machine. Run away.
