Today 3rd Nov 2020 we had a good experience at lavender tea rooms. Farrahs cafetiere cup of coffee and toasted ham, tomato, cheese and ham, pineapple, cheese (came with side salad which we didn't expect) all tasted great. The cafe is upstairs and strairs are a bit steep though, be careful. We bought some homemade chocolates down stairs which taste great. Think we will pop in again.
Good soup and lovely drink. Only rated 3 stars due to inattentive hit and miss service which did not come up to scratch. ️
Food is good and decent portions. Staff fine. Could do with a bit more ambience.
Step in to feel a very classic tea time experience. Not to mention the excellent scones. Their cakes are homemade and has that simple traditional look and taste. A visit that will leave that oldish days impression.
