If you are looking for an exceptional service and to buy a new watch or increase your collection, you have to visit Swatch at Carrefour Laval, and ask for Kenza!!! She is truly an incredibly patient girl that will help you find the best out of every watch and combination! She most definitely needs a recognition for her excellence customer service and expertise! All the employees there are really unlike any other store!
I love all Swatch stores. The staff is very friendly. They have a huge variety of men's, ladies, and children's watches. Their pricing is exceptional. They even have a lifetime warranty on their batteries. So when your battery dies, just go back into the store, and ask them to replace it with a new battery. Remember it's free of charge.

Worst customer service ever! My swatch was always slow. I called before I went the store. When I arrived and showed them the watch, they asked a purchase date from me, which I was not informed by them on the phone. Then I went back home and found the complete case for my swatch, and came back to the store again. The lady stared at me saying that there was no purchase date in the case. I asked if they could help me to solve the problem. I would like to pay a fee for the repair. However, they kept saying there was no purchase date... What a waste of my time! What I wanted to have was the assistance of making the watch working normally. It ended up with no help at all! Even by provding a few phone numbers to call could be helpful. BUT, I got no help from them!
I love their selection of watches and jewelery. The new store is nice and bright. The service is good and friendly.
