Absolutely horrible online shopping experience. Products ordered months ago and still not delivered. A few items are out of stock and they just keep pushing the availability date back further and further. Spent almost 3,000 on this order, but it will be my last time doing business with Structube.

I had an issue with a piece of a shelf that was damaged and needed to be replaced which i had bought online. The structube customer service wasn't helpful and never really replied to any emails or calls. I contacted this store to help me further and Olivier was able to reach the warehouse and head office to bring in the new piece. He was very helpful and kept me updated almost everyday through 2.5 weeks. Great service.
Don't try calling it's useless, Never had such poor Customer Experience ever! I would give zero stars if it were an option. Context: I made a reservation on a back-order product in-store to be delivered when available. I knew it would be a long time before receiving my items (4 chairs). Situation: About a month delay after in expected delivery, I'm like, well it's a pandemic/it happens so fine whatever. Chairs have finally arrived, yay! A store rep calls me to let me know that I have to go to a store to pay the remaining balance owed. 1) We're in 2020, can't we do this on the phone or online? Plus, I have to wait for delivery after because my order is at the warehouse. I asked for my receipt copy to be emailed to go to a closer store physically, the original store being quite far, I don't own a car. The email never came. I called back three times, two times the store and once general customer service waited more than 20 mins on the phone. They don't pick up. The 4th time I got someone, say hi, please hold, waited 15 min without any music or whatever to let me know my call was still connected. Got the email with my receipt, great. (the guy was really nice but still!) I went to a store paid my balance last weekened, the chairs arrived today (mid-week, quite pleased). So, one of the two boxes is way lighter than the other and has been resealed... you bet I have a chair missing!! (I ordered three months ago now). I called their customer service line again, and it automatically hangs up after 35 minutes wait time. I sent a form on the website...we'll see! Seriously do not but something unless you can physically see and touch it from them! I wasted so much time should have gone to a pricier store after all!
