This is the first time we are working with Forcha, and it has been a dream experience. After we bought the new house we decided to renovate the whole basement. And I can't express how lucky we are that we found this company to do the renovation for us. It was a difficult time because of the pandemic, we ended up moving in to the house not after but while the renovation was going, but we have been extremely happy with every aspect of the experience. The quotation was fast and accurate, there was absolutely no surprises with the price. Everything that wasn't on the original list of the quotation was brought upon us to decide and there was not many since the evaluation at the beginning was all on point. The team is very professional and everyday after the work, the place doesn't even look like a construction site since it's all so tidy and clean. the final delivery was beautifully done and the work on the details really amazed me. We will definitely recommend and will for sure work with them again.

We have used Renovations Forcha twice in the past 3 years (replacement of hardwood floors, soundproofing, and building walls) and have been extremely happy with every aspect of the experience. From the quick response for quotes, to the signing of the contracts, to the work itself and the closing. The quality of the work and the professionalism of the team are exceptional. They made every assurance to keep our home \livable\ and clean during the renovations which I did not think would be possible. Any \extras\ were discussed beforehand so that there were no surprises on the final invoice. On time and on budget! Highly recommended.
