Terrible experience with this store,worse customer service ever!you can’t return or even exchange for a cheaper, beside the manager is mean, pushy, and not professional at all. I would have given 0 stars if I could, I don’t know who’s those 5 stars reviews belong to! I’m a regular customer of Carrefour Laval for years and almost have good experiences with all the stores; I even returned something final sale to Mackage!But be careful,if you spend your money in this store, basically your money is GONE!! Do not waste your money and time, just stay away from this store.There’s another good sunglasses stores in Carrefour.

So unlucky, my sunglasses that I bought from this store broke. I took them back to the store to get them fixed on July 13. The lady charged me 80 for reparation and I specifically asked the lady how much time is it going to take because I am leaving on vacation on the 2nd of August. She told me not to worry, reparation should take a maximum of 2 weeks. Here we are August 1st and I am leaving on vacation without my sunglasses. I am never making another purchase from this store again. Unbelievable. Update: I am writing this on the 31st of August and I still don't have my sunglasses. I basically spent the whole summer without it.

Dishonest merchant. Added insurance on 2 pairs of glasses without asking. No refunds. Pushy and rude sales people, who were gossiping on us while we were there. Be careful, it's the same people as Walmart Optique in Chomedey.

I was looking to purchase a new pair of sunglasses (approx. 200taxes) and I asked if there were a brand new pair available as I did not want the one from the floor - had to get into an argument with the owner in order to get her to order me a new pair. She kept arguing with me about how they were new - when they clearly were not. Brand sticker was removed and I was lied to when I left and came back that they "found" a new pair in the back. There was another customer at the cash, exchanging his pair because they were scratched. I did not appreciate the service at all and will never shop there again. Would much rather give my business to a different location. Did not return.
