Big mistake ordering from this company. Never again. 7 months and still my furniture hasn't been delivered. Customer service is dismal, you can't reach anyone and when you do they can't help you and promise a call back which never comes. No contact with customer when order is delayed. Once they take your money, good luck receiving anything in return. Sales rep did not even apologize, let alone offer anything. Constantly rude and talking over me. What a mess of a company. I will make sure all of my colleagues and friends who are moving into new homes are aware of my experience. Well write another review regarding the quality of the furniture once received. Also fairly convinced the good reviews are either fake or written by employee/friends. Many others complaining of the same issue as I am.

Ordered a couch in October 2020 promised delivery in 2.5 months. That turned into a 5 months delivery. New promised delivery date: March 15, 2021. Main reason; their local Quebec supplier didn’t secure the raw materials. Management stepped up to solve the situation but was not able to improve delivery date at the end. No further price reduction offered and nothing to improve my customer experience. Certainly the last purchase. Would not recommend.
No service at all, Obviously I should have read their reviews before shopping there, the only positive comments obviously only come from themselves. This is a place you'd definitely try all means to avoid. They do no service at all.
I knew what I wanted from the website. Walked in, signed a paper, it was delivered 2 days later to my billing address. Efficient.
This is the worst place to buy anything. The staff are so rude and impatient. They'd push you to buy whatever they think is good and wrap up your sales hurriedly. They won't give you any information about the product and they are extremely unprofessional. The worst thing is , if you accidentally fall into their scam, like I did, you would expect to wait for over 3 months for them to get stock, which is never brought up during the process of sales. Try all means to avoid them, they are beyond frustration. I wish I could give them negative points.
Nice selection, midrange quality, store is hidden and a bit hard to find, but overall don’t overlook it if you are shopping for furniture.
The worst place ever Do not even bother to shop in this place, once you make the payment, you don't get any service at all. You wait for months before the delivery is made and all your complaints, either by calling or writing to them would just sink with no response at all. I regret so much shopping at this place. To answer your reply, I have called your manager a dozen of times and no one is answering, I doubt if you even have a manager, or else you wouldn't have so many negative reviews yet no action is taken.
