I do not usually write reviews, but felt I needed to for Canada Toner. I had problems with the Toner they sent not working. The problem was due to HP upgrading their software. Canada Toner immediately responded to my emails with possible solutions. But when all else failed I shipped my toners back to them for replacement. The replacements came to me the next day and worked perfectly. I am very impressed with the customer service. They were prompt and friendly in all of their correspondence, a rarity these days.
Absolutely great prices at a little over 1/2 the cost of branded cartridges. Quick reliable shipping. This was the first time I used a compatible non-brand cartridge in our printer and it worked flawlessly. Took but a few moments for the printer drivers to process and recognize it, but no issues with the first two cartridges I installed. They work fine. This is a reliable, quality alternative to brand name over-priced cartridges. I will be a return customer.
Decided to take a chance on Canada Toner. Googled for ink for my printer and came across their website. Was skeptical as this was not a typical big-box office supply store. Placed my order, for less than 1/2 of the name brand ink. It arrived next day, and couldn't be more pleased with the quality of the print!
