The food at this place is just amazing! Serving size is huge and very tasty. I could stay in Tarbes for this place, that much I enjoyed the “onglet de boeuf”. I ordered medium done steak by mistake and asked if they could fry it for me, since I wanted well done, so they brought me brand new steak well done. OMG

My favourite restaurant in Tarbes! I’ll never forget sitting outside in the street eating their fabulous duck, the tangy fresh green salad, the crusty baguette, the little carafe of wine, while someone else’s children played around me and the sun slowly set. “This may be an idealized version of France, but I’ll take it,” I thought. Delicious!
