I love Laura’s adult tap class. Laura is very professional and pushes us all to achieve more, whilst at the same time providing a warm and friendly atmosphere to every class she runs. I highly recommend to anyone who wants to learn to dance.

I was so pleased to find the Laura Henderson Dance Academy. Laura is a great teacher and makes everybody feel welcome. The group of ladies are all lovely and welcoming too. Classes are action packed with no time wasted on chit chat until after we have finished the lesson. Laura always takes time at the end of the session to recap what we have learnt that week.
Excellent dance school with terrific teachers. I love the adult tap class and Laura is such a patient teacher. The regular shows are an integral part of the school allowing all students to have their moment on the stage.
The Laura Henderson Dance Academy is a place like no other. It’s not just a dance school it’s a family and a place where I feel at home. I have been a member of the LHDA family for as long as I can remember and I have loved every second of it. Being able to look back at my growth and experiences is amazing as I have achieved more than I ever thought I would. The amazing teachers always go the extra mile even if it means staying late to help get us ready for exams and shows showing just how much they genuinely care about all of us students. The trip to Disneyland, shows, festivals, competitions, photoshoots, exams and every single lesson has made for the most unforgettable memories. Their high standard of training and dedication has resulted into me gaining a place at the prestigious Bird College (Conservatoire for dance and musical theatre) to further my training post 18. I will forever be grateful and will always feel a part of the LHDA family.
I have been a part of the LHDA family since the very start. I started as a young girl and left in 2016 when I went of to higher education, and I've even come back to do adult dance classes. Through laura i was able to achieve my high grades in my dancing exams and equally high in my A level PE practical grades. She developed my confidence and gave me tailored teaching to account for my dyslexia which means i often take a little longer than others to remeber dances. She is a truly wonderful dance teacher and mentor.
