Friendly staff, convenient opening times
Great establishment for washing and drying, the only negative are the owners, well one in particular, never speaks when i'm there and can also be quite aggressive. Had to leave one time with a wet bed sheet because they threatened me with the police because i needed to use the dryer. Other than that the other members of staff are pretty friendly. The chap who owns it is incredibly surly and when he's emptying the money from the machines, never talks and isn't friendly in the slightest. Not sure how he's married to be honest, nasty piece of work.
Simply put, the machines are too old and are not maintained properly. I've used this place a couple of times a month for 20 years, they have not replaced a single machine in all that time. Even the washer dryer they have has broke down many, many times. In particular, avoid washer #3. Half the time I've used it, I've had to get them to wash again, because of the sludge that is inside the machine keeps sticking to my clothes. It's cheap, yes, but unless they replace the machines, and soon, it won't be worth going in.
Great service. We use both the self service for drying or get them to do it all depending on time.
